If you want to find out how Wendy can help you, she offers a free initial conversation by telephone.

This conversation lasts 20-30 minutes. During this time Wendy will discover what you most need and want from coaching by asking you some questions. You'll also experience some coaching and get your questions answered about our coaching and how we work.

Towards the end of the conversation you'll be asked to make a choice about the next action and move forward with coaching

If you're not ready to continue or it doesn't feel right for you, that's fine with us. Coaching isn't for everyone. There's absolutely no pressure or obligation.

If you've decided to go ahead with coaching we'll confirm the coaching arrangement, sessions and payment.

All information you share is absolutely confidential between you and your coach.
