We found the coaching extremely valuable. The biggest shift I feel has occurred in our mindsets from which more positive and targeted action has resulted. If you remember back in November when we discussed priorities for action the focus was on new business as we were behind target. Having just reviewed the management info for end of March our new business bookings for year to date are now 23% ahead of target and 56% ahead of this time last year!
