If you want help with clarifying the direction of your business then a short burst of coaching may be what you need. This coaching lasts for 3 sessions and the outcome that we're aiming for is . . . Outcome: you will know specifically the direction you want your business to take and have identified some immediate actions to take. The coaching will all be by telephone at pre-agreed times convenient for you. The first coaching session will be approx. 1.5 hours with 2 x follow-up sessions of 45 minutes in the following 2 weeks.
