How Does Business Coaching Work, you ask?

• Well, it's a simple but effective concept! Your coach is your partner, working with you to achieve the business success you desire.

• Business coaching sessions are by telephone for 45 minutes each. Coaching by telephone is a very powerful and highly effective method, leaving you better able to focus on the content of the conversation.

• Wherever you're located in the world, you'll be coached in the convenience of your home or office, allowing you to be in a comfortable place to really talk. It's convenient, easy and time efficient, with absolutely no travel expense, parking hassles, or wasted travel time.

• Each business coaching session starts by defining what you want to achieve from it. We'll look at the problems and challenges you're facing, the opportunities available to you, discuss your goals and what needs to happen next

• You'll be asked thought provoking questions that get you to explore further, discovering new things about yourself, your business and it's potential. These questions will help you to clarify what's right for you, makes you aware of your priorities and keeps you focused. But most importantly you'll be asked questions that identify your next steps and inspire you into action.

• At the end of each session, we'll decide how you'll practically apply what you've learned before the next session. It's not homework, but something I call "fieldwork". You'll be getting out there and applying what you've learned to your business. You won't be theorising on paper...you'll be making it happen.

• And of course, all information you share is absolutely confidential between you and I.
