How often do you go out to play? If you're one of those who insist playing is only for children - you’re absolutely right! Playing and having fun brings out the child in us. It lightens us up and reminds us everything in life doesn’t have to be so serious. Most of us get so caught up in everything we have to do and the sheer 'busyness' of life, that playing and having fun tend to be relegated to the bottom of the list. That’s if it’s on the list at all! For children, playing is an important part of life and as we grow up we seem to get out of the habit of playing. If you make time for playing and having fun you'll feel refreshed and energised. It’s good for business too! The break it gives you, particularly mentally allows you to return to work with a renewed zest and spring in your step. Playing and having fun is a great way to solve a problem. Take whatever it is you’re struggling with, turn it over to your intuitive side and then go and play. The answer will come to you naturally, without struggling and you’ll have had fun in the process. It's like the old adage of sleeping on a problem and the answer will emerge in the morning. I encourage you to make a regular date to play with friends and family. For me there’s nothing like a good old water fight, especially at this time of year. What I want is for you to have an abundance of fun and play in your life. Read more articles . . .
